I hope that they also provide it on arrival.
The last time I flew in J with QR, I was given access to the Plaza Premium First lounge (Wing was closed). It comes with a complimentary buggy.
PS: actually the a la carte, food, drinks and service in the lounge was very enjoyable on the late evening departure
Personal question you can ignore, but do you physically need a buggy given you were upset?
Is this a new QR service as I have never been offered a buggy despite many flight over last years. I would decline anyway as I enjoy stretching my legs before long flights.
