I think you copied your offer from previous bonus promotions by Amex Netherlands. The way to earn the bonus points is different with this offer. You no longer receive the points for meeting a minimum spend; instead, you must spend at least €1 per month for 12 consecutive months to qualify for the bonus. It might be helpful to review the terms and conditions and update your message accordingly.
