I'm not going to stay loyal to a chain where new builds intentionally reduce suite access. I'm not LTG and not willing to go on the hamster wheel to requalify if benefits aren't great. I'm already lifetime titanium Marriott and the free breakfast and lounge access is there and they have more and even cheaper hotel. Hyatt needs to make an effort to keep me. If not, I'll go free agent or go back to Marriott (most likely free agent).

That said, so far Hyatt treats me well so I'll keep staying bit once the ability to get suites goes out the door, I won't stay. Can get free breakfast via The Edit or FHR.
