This is why I just take the 750 miles at the 10K level and call it good. With my luck I would be charged for the "free" meal and would need to contact Customer Care for a refund as Titanium flyers have had to do off and on since their "free" meal benefit started. There is an entire thread about people being charged for meals that should have been free. This is a great idea that doesn't have the IT to support it.
