Before Covid I always had excellent service, both on EU flights and LH flights. After Covid I had unsatisfactory (to/from US) to average experiences (to/from Asia).
Last time I flew to/from CGK in November 2025 the level was again up to good. I hope it will stay that way or even improve for my next trip to ICN in a couple of months.
I flew in J to ICN with TK last year and noticed that the service seems to have improved from my last TK long haul flights the year before. The crews in both directions seemed to interact a lot more with passengers. The catering was excellent - as I always find it to be with TK.
One thing I have noticed though is the lounge in IST seems to be getting busier and busier. The last time I flew through I struggled to find an empty seat.
