I was scheduled on ORD-ATL, ATL-LAS and the return LAS-ATL ATL-ORD on the return. ORD-ATL was delayed by weather according to the pilot announcement when we took off late. I missed ATL-LAS and got rescheduled the next evening. I went to the hotel and ended up in the hospital the next day after I checked out so I cancelled the rest of the trip. I wanted the delay letter for that ORD-ATL leg to claim trip delay for the expenses for the delay before I wound up in the hospital.

They actually sent me something the other day but it was poorly formatted. I asked them to send something better. My ultimate move is to write the snail mail address. They took that off their website but the DOT still lists it as the contact address for Frontier.

The credit shell also didnt work when I booked a flight and tried to use it the other day.. I hate when I have to address multiple issues in a reaponse to them as they have a tendency to address one issue and ignore the others.
