There's tons of reports on the /r/biltrewards subreddit of the physical card mailings having issue - the adhesive on the mailing envelope or for the card in the insert itself failing, the mirror card missing its microfiber cloth, the card not having all the digits printed on it (making it unusable for online purchases), the cards arriving with smudges on them out of the box (likely the use of non-standard packaging to mail and a human being having to place the cards in the mailer cardboard insert by hand.)

Not only that, they're all hopelessly addicted to AI. Richard Kerr and Ankur Jain can't even be bothered to remove the em-dashes or the random emphasis font formatting (primarily bolding).

Earlier posts on reddit indicate Oberthur (merged with Morpho to become IDEMIA) is the listed courier for non-US Postal Service of BILT Cards in things like UPS My Choice and Fedex Delivery Manager.
(IDEMIA does tons of security from facial recognition to biometric passport production to physical currency production/design and of course, making a
ton of credit/debit EMV chip cards every year.
