The current Globe sign-up bonus is ineligible IF you have received a Globe sign-up bonus in the past 4 years (standard Citi rule)…not any Citi bonus. I know this as a fact as I received a Citi Plat bonus just over two years ago (had to open a new card due to circumstances) and got the Globe bonus last month. I also harvested a Aviator Red bonus last year.
