Hi Finnair experts!

This year I am switching my frequent flyer activity from Alaska Airlines (AS) to Finnair Plus (AY). At the moment, I still hold Alaska Airlines MVP Gold (OW Sapphire), but I do not yet have any status with Finnair Plus.

I am planning to book an AY Light fare on the following route:
ICN – HEL – ZRH (op by Finnair)

My questions are:

1. Earning / crediting points:
If I enter my Finnair Plus number in the booking in order to collect Avios / tier points with AY, can I still access the lounge in HEL by showing my valid AS Gold (OW Sapphire) card separately?

2. Baggage allowance (more extreme scenario):
If I credit the flight to Finnair Plus, would it still be possible to receive the one free checked bag benefit at check-in by showing my AS Gold card, even if that is not the frequent flyer number attached to the booking?

3. Seat choice
I have chosen seats for free as I have put my AS Card into the booking at this point in time. Will those seats be "deleted" once I have changed my FF Number in the booking to AY?
