The planes will not be used exclusively on island hopper flights though. for example they will do the gum-mnl-gum turns and that is two less seats available for sale now, or available for upgrades. We are essentially returning to the 14 seater 738s that were based on GUM with the big storage closets in them. Emphasis on me reiterating, what was the issue that the seat manufacturer could not make a seat similar to 1-A and 1-B in the current fleet of GUM 738s? Thumbs down to two less seats in the premium cabin.
