Did a total of 3 one-night stays at the Four Points Flex
Osaka Kitahama (twice) and the Four Points Flex Kyoto Oike (once) over the past week or so. Rates varied from 5000-8500 yen incl tax.
The rooms are tiny, but that's pretty much on-brand for this type of hotel (both advertised as 13 square metres, which is around 140 sq feet), however despite not having much free space the rooms were functional, at least for one person. Osaka Kitahama did have an odd setup with the bathroom in that it was a step up into it - seemingly the plumbing was above the floor level of the room.
Booked a single room, but in all cases was upgraded to a double - despite upgrades technically not being a status benefit. In Kyoto I did try to check-in around 1pm and was told the same thing as the couple trying to check-in next to me - that check-in time was 3pm. It wasn't until I mentioned the word "Titanium" that their attitude changed and I was immediately given a room.
Neither of the properties I stayed at offered breakfast as an amenity, and the only choice was 500 points. To their credit this was stated on the booking page for both hotels. Other than that, no status benefits.
All stays credited properly. Historically these earnt 1 night for each 2 nights stayed, and this is still stated at multiple places on the website, but apparently this changed a month or two and now it's actually 0.5 nights per night - and this is how mine posted. After the first stay posted the elite nights didn't change. After the 2nd stay posted, it went up by one. So seemingly whilst the website can't display the half-night, that is how it's being accounted.
Bathroom - note the ~10" step-up to get into it.
