I believe you are confusing Asia Miles expiry with Status Points reset.
Asia Miles do not expire provided you do activity within the stipulated time-frame. However with Status Points, they expire per membership year, until next year, where the membership year becomes a calendar year.
So for example, for your query specifically, if you say took a flight on 29 January 2026, and get 10 Status Points (the 153 points total you noted), and 500 Asia Miles (e.g. balance of 12,700), but as your membership year ends on 31 January, then on 1 February your Status Points balance gets reset to 0, but your Asia Miles remains at 12,700.
