If I absolutely had to have a suite, than this hotel is one that I would basically have to buy the suite. I do appreciate that typically when I show up they will give me whatever other room I want as far as closer to lobby or closer to other end or scenic vs. parking lot view and whichever of the 5 floors I'd like to be on.
If someone wants a suite without paying for it, their best bet is being Hyatt Globalist because there are fewer high level elites at Hyatt than there are Platinums+ at Marriott. Plus Hyatt suite upgrade awards are confirmed at booking, which is something I wish Marriott would do because I've found their upgrade awards hard to use.
