Love the Air Pod Pro2s and 3s for this job. The OEM tips of the Pro2s are ok but not great. I find that the aftermarket Comply foam tips make a huge difference in sound isolation and providing a secure fit.

The 3s are even better and the OEM tips are now improved to the point that if you get a good fit the isolation/security is excellent. Much better than over the ear headphones even if you’re stuck in Y.
