As a Globalist on an award stay, I had to talk my way into all the worthwhile perks. At first, they assigned me a regular room, and I asked if a suite was available. voila -- a very nice suite was offered. I was then told my breakfast would be in the lounge. What about the main buffet? Voila -- main buffet. Also told water park was not included in my Award stay. Expressed disappointment. Waterpark was then comped.

BTW, the waterpark is the best feature of this otherwise impersonal, oversized convention hotel. They're charging about $100 for admission, and it's certainly not worth anywhere near that, but it is certainly fun and uncrowded (no doubt due to the steep admission cost).
