Yes.

A single $1600 purchase at Amazon in January triggered:

$75 for $1500 purchase
$80 for 5% online or in store retail
$50 for spending $750 online
$100 for $1000 online or in store retail

Walmart and Target also work for all these offers. I haven't had success buying GCs locally, but I believe dollar stores (Dollar General, Family Dollar, etc.) would trigger all these offers, except the online only one, as well.
