I promised feedback when the nTPs were awarded. Here it is.
Over a week after our arrival, nTPs were awarded. Fewer than expected given spend and no bonus. No phone calls as promised. Will use other airlines to use up our Avios and sacrifice our Amex vouchers. As I have said on another thread, thanks all for the experience here and I really hope that BA gets its act together for the benefit of all but after more than 60 years of using the airline and its predecessor’s I don’t have time to wait. Bye all.
