I had 125 points and they were set to expire on Jan 31st 2026.. So I took a flight the last two weeks of Jan.. I saw the points jumped up to 153.. So I figured I would be good, Nope I checked the day of my flight back and it went all the way back to 0.

Not only that with the confusion of how it works It seems instead of expiring it would of had a extension? Does anyone know how to contact a live person in regards of the missing miles?
