It's just weird if the person next to you is offered a drink from J and explicitly being thanked for being a loyal customer and you're sitting there as a PfL and they don't even say hi... .
So this just happened today . I wonder is there a do not approach under any circumstances flag on the IPAD next to our records?? Warning customer bites ?
