TPE-SEA will be in an A350-900, which is the best D1 seat. I would avoid the back mini-cabin if it is a 35H layout because folks have reported that you can get ignored back there. There is more info in the
A350-900 fleet thread. I doubt SEA-BOS is on D1/widebody equipment. This will likely be a domestic first class seat. I think the main issues are on A321neo with the bulkhead having minimal legroom. $4K round trip is a very cheap D1 price, so I would grab that.
