Where was this 'advertised'? I think they came out pretty early and suggested that there would be changes and that the new MB scheme would be replacing the old TB's.
2026 is a 'transition year' with the more generous 'head start' replacing the rollover vs. the head start you'll get in 2027. If you're not happy now you're going to be really not happy in 2027 when the new scheme fully takes affect. There's at least a little bit of lube this year, next year it's full dry.
Remember, they make the rules and we decide if we want to play the game...complaining about it, might as well go outside and shout at the clouds.
