BA and AA keep bouncing me to each other
I got this response from BA:This is an American Airlines ticket therefore they hold the payment for the ticket and any refund requests must be made directly to them.

BA is avoiding responsibility although from my understanding they are totally liable and responsible.

Do you agree?
