Being able to choose PHX over DFW more often sounds good to me, but since I mostly fly TPA-DFW-[Asia] I suspect it won't help me much.
It will be interesting to see if PHX becomes like the 'CLT of the west' in terms of a hub as that would definitely give more routing options when DFW is all red on the miserymap.
