I can't swear to the site's legitimacy, but I ran two searches on it for two hotels with two stays I recently booked or tried to book. One stay is not available (I can only book due to my status, so I was curious if it would appear; it did not). The other stay shows up at $20 a night higher. I am eligible for a Hilton for Business and another discount for that stay, so wondered if the site would show a lower rate or not. All of this is to say, I suspect the site is just another third party OTA that is fine. But chances are you could find the same or better discount via AAA, AARP, or a widely available business code you are likely eligible for, and then earn the direct booking credit. That's my take at least, but I don't imagine it's a fake or anything from what I can tell...
OH, for Pete's sake--scratch all that!
Expedia put on a new outfit! Basically, T&Cs show that Travelscape LLC or Vacationspot, SL is part of Expedia. In fact, this is not even new. Here's
an old SEC archive.
