Question I could not discern from wiki - I am SE and wife is basic member. Booked each of us on two separate reward bookings in latitude - AC site says instant upgrade availability in lat and py flex, however it’s R0 and wife does not upgrade instantly because no status and flight is in April so nowhere near 7 day window for her.

If I combine the bookings, will she be able to clear instantly with me, or will neither of us clear because she doesn’t have any status?
