Hard to consider the Manchester GH a full-service property now given the lack of F&B options for a large business/convention property. Closing the Club lounge during the weekday only alienates Hyatt loyalists.

Fortunately there are a number of F&B options nearby including the Marriott next door, which makes easier to just stay at another property (non-Hyatt) to avoid having to leave the hotel in the evenings.
I like the Westin Horton Plaza somewhat
and elites get full breakfast wasn’t a fan of the Marquis
The InterContinental is pretty good too with a superior hard product and no destination on award nights
ok full breakfast for Diamonds and a credits for AMBASSADORS to use towards room service or more lavish breakfast
Hyatt is heading downhill sadly and they went to far in the wrong direction
they are starting to become arrogant to elites or perhaps thinking we won’t notice?
I never thought we would ever see them compromise their standards as for decades they differentiated themselves by being better than other brands/programs
