Looking at the current menus from LAX, the Japanese meal is probably entirely milk free, except potentially the dessert. That could go either way, could have a bit of milk. The anytime menu contains plenty of items without or with very limited milk products. Japanese pre landing set also not a problem. Generally I would say it would be OK, the Japanese menus are never going to be milk heavy. The western menu can have some cheese and other milk based ingredients.
