tech issue, most likely PEBCAK error but ...


I am trying to do a miles redeposit on an upgrade request online but I can't figure out how.


It only seems to allow me to cancel the flight and redeposit.


I just want to put the miles back in. Do I have to call on the phone? If no, can someone guide me.
