Its been a couple of years, but Courtyard Sha Tin gave plats lounge access where there was a decent offering in the morning and evening.
I recall checking in 30min after cocktail hour ended, but was still offered a drink.
This is an excellent hotel for Elite Benefits if you don't need to be in the city. Also good location for doing alternative things for those who have been to Kowloon or HK island enough times before.
