The Cathay lounge @ HND is one of my favorites. Outside of the 2 CX departures its usually pretty empty. The bar is nice, the views are great and they have some good snacks (cheese, candies, etc). Ofc the usual noodle bar. Do try the French toast which you can get at the noodle bar. Its so good. I eat 3-4 per visit. And ofc a Cathay Delight @ the bar.

The lounges are right in the same area just 1 level apart by escalator so you can try both but personally outside of a shower and a massage chair session I would stay in the CX lounge the entire rest of the time.
