That reminds me they should offer made-to-order gelato. Relatively low expense to really elevate the experience. A la Gelato machines at MCO United Club and elsewhere .....

Had to wait around 45 minutes to be seated at the dining room during peak dinner time. It was really a weak point of the lounge and not worth visiting in my opinion. The buffet was excellent with giant tender pieces of shrimp being the highlight hot dish and the made to order ramen noodle bar with amazing pork belly and great broth flavors. Dining room was kept half empty the entire time as well (staffing concerns?). At least the tables are large unlike EWR where solo visitors get a tiny coffee table for dinner.
