This is why passengers get annoyed compared to some others carriers. I don’t recall this kind of nonsense with QR where how the cc do the service varies from flight to flight based on the mood of the ifm or the phase of the moon. There is a clear way to do this which CIHY has described. Why are cc not doing it that way every flight? Are they just not trained?
