Agreed, I would love for plush couches to come back in style - Park Hyatt suffers from the same issue of couches that look nice but are kind of hard.

Perhaps climate control is easier with less space open to windows? I thought the same that it was odd the space was so enclosed despite being on the top floor.

Agree, not a huge fan and I honestly think that's the weirdest looking tub I've ever seen. Not a fan of that and the sink looks odd to me but can't say why. Hotel looks nice but for $700+, I'm not so sure.
