Same thing happened last night, we were scheduled on 2957 PHX IND. Inbound 1164 was very delayed due to wx in ORD so I got platinum desk to move us back a day.
AA took a while before they admitted 2957 would be delayed, I figured they would pull a new plane but the original revised departure kept moving back, finally left 2 hours late.
