I tried to sign up for this offer and got the following message:
Thank you for your interest
We are currently unable to identify your account. Please contact us using the number on the back of your card.
I called Chase and the agent tells me that the card had to be applied for before Jan 7, 2026. I just got a replacement card but I've had the card since 2019 (using a US address). Then she tells me that the terms say that the card had to be issued between Oct 1-Dec 31,
2026! I tell her that's not possible.
Now she's having it escalated and someone will get back to me.
Anyone else have issues signing up?
