I'm currently executing on my plan (pay rent via Atmos Summit for a while until I line up a SUB/finish the Bilt Palladium SUB). Might intermittently burn off some Bilt Cash using the rent payment option against the Palladium card, it's going to depend on if there's enough spend on the Bilt card in that particular month.
February's rent charges went through (did it a little early because if I hit a hitch I wanted to be able to pay rent a different way without late fees).
Not scammed*, charge went through to BofA through my portal and Bilt, nothing bounced.
*I think sucky customer experiences that are one-offs or even multi-offs aren't scams, though certainly worthy of complaint, caution, and I don't blame anyone for saying "no thanks, never agin through you guys, you're terrible" if you have a really bad experience with a company. I have a pretty large number of Bilt points over the years that show me they aren't a "scam"- just, like a lot of tech-heavy, employee light firms like SoFi or other fintechs, very bad on human touch customer service if things go sideways because there aren't enough humans minding the store.
