Did you end up making a complaint after the flight, and were you compensated at all? So far they're just telling me to make a complaint after the flight has been flown......
I guess I've learned my lesson not to ever fly Etihad. Luckily it was the cheapest routing option to LIS so I'm not losing out on too much, but still extremely annoying.
