I've been seeing flights between TYO and ORD within T-21. Not sure when exactly they're released.

Unfortunately, I need JFK-HND. I booked a roundtrip before the new rules and if I've read everything correctly, I need availability between JFK-HND to move my flight. I see connections through ORD (EWR/LGA-ORD-HND/NRT) but I don't think this would count. I've been checking at T-21 for the past 2-3 days for JFK but nothing pops up. Seats.aero has been sending alerts about partner availability but I haven't been able to see that availability on ANA.
