IIRC CX has seats next to the galley in Y. They definitely have seats next to the galley inJ (20D on 77K, and 11A/K on both versions of the A350). I think those seats on J are an abomination and I'm glad I've never sat in them in my life, but just saying CX doesn't seem to have issues with this.
I do agree it's a stretch, I suspect the information is wrong, but theoretically possible two ways:
1.) If it's
staggered J class and two rows are removed for galley/lav.

2.) it's also possible if CX is going to the new
Jetblue style herringbone (1-1 the length of J class), then you just have row 11 be a single seat across from a galley/lav.
