Any advice on a change I received last night. I booked on a Saver reward flight DEN-ATL-ADD using a 10,000 point flight discount from the Quest card. The segment to ADD is on ET. United canceled the redeye DEN-ATL (1am departure) and moved me to a 5:30pm departure the day before. Delta offers a redeye. I proposed a similar redeye departure of DEN-IAD-ADD routing (no saver awards are available on the IAD-ADD segment). The agent stated the change could not be performed because the 10,000 flight discount does not allow change of routing. Any advice? Should I try reaching a different agent?
