Note that the *current* (AFAIK) "online and retail" offer EXCLUDES home improvement, hence I've been using your excellent advice about Dollar Tree with the SS VGC.
I didn't know that.. but I just checked and the 10% offer explicitly excludes "Hardware stores" while the 5% offer excludes "home improvement stores". It's like they're trying to make it intentionally confusing. Shouldn't Best Buy work since it's ELECTRONIC STORES ? What about Walmart/Target pickup orders?
