Datapoint: Just applied, instant approval, CL 35k (vice 30k WF Bilt Sept 2023)

Kvetching: Can’t wait to see how much more Bilt screws up the rest of the process and how much time I’ll have to waste to sort it all out. Hope 50k SUB (likely Hyatt) & points for HOA fees & 5/24 effects will have been worth it.

Additionally annoying how with every one of the dozens of unnecessary repetitive emails Bilt has sent in the past 1-2 months, they’ve duplicated the Bilt logo BOTH at the top of the email and at the bottom AND also duplicated card images right next to each other. Unsure if that’s emphasis or (typical Bilt) confusion.
