Do you know what the service flow is like, especially on post-midnight departures?

Is it full dinner (all on one tray) and then nothing before landing? or nothing after takeoff except Turkish's standard one-and-done drink service and then wake everyone up for breakfast a ridiculous 2 hours before landing?
