15 mins is an absurd wait time. I'd be annoyed too. Anders does not say WHEN it occurred, but if it was on the day or the 2 days after the MEL airport gas leak I can understand the delay. Half Australia was on the blower to them.
Qantas can be just as bad, truth be known, if you do not have plat line access which I do not.
I was flown to MEL by a client on a Qantas fully flexible J ticket. Needed to change it to be the last flight out, rang on my Mobile from dinner with client, and got an even longer wait than Anders - more like 30 mins. Cost me a ton of MU money on MY mobile bill for their inefficiency, so it cuts both ways.
