Yes! I have experienced that abomination! Both the FA and I looked at the dish and looked at each other confused. The dish was fine, weirdly healthy, since it did not have any sauce. And I've been using that as THE example of catering gone wrong. That weird interpretation deserves to be in the hall of shame.
