I flew the 789P with Flagship Suites about 10 days ago. DFW-LHR. I would rank it as my least favorite J hard product among those I've flown in recent years: AA's other options, BA's Club Suites, KLM, and QR.
- Some seats near the front apparently don't have proper overhead storage so we, in 4L and 5L, had to share space with others. Indeed, we were among the last to board and I found my bin completely full. Crew was of no use helping me find space.
Don't see this being unique where there is a crew rest section, same thing happens on the 77W, where the front cabin of 16 seats (8F + 8 J) always has full bins and people shuffling for space. Especially because the bins in the back of the front J section have smaller cutouts to accommodate the galley and the bins above 1 D/G are not useable.
