Don't see this being unique where there is a crew rest section, same thing happens on the 77W, where the front cabin of 16 seats (8F + 8 J) always has full bins and people shuffling for space. Especially because the bins in the back of the front J section have smaller cutouts to accommodate the galley and the bins above 1 D/G are not useable.
