Rami Tamimi a hotel that’ll not take HK Chinese HRP? Unheard of (for me anyway). Maybe I don’t travel to 3rd or 4th tier cities enough these days but in the 1st tiers the reception sticks my HRP into same reader as locals - never gets stuck.

Do you mean non-Chinese HKPR MTPs?
