Does Turkish roundtrip cater its 737 flights to Africa? Or does it source cuisine in markets like Yaounde and Libreville? It seems to me that their high Do&Co standards might not be found there. Also, from what I recall on past late-night African 737 flights, everything is served on one tray, and it's just a one meal service, despite being 7 hours on some sectors. Is that still the case?
