Don't I know it, MCO is my home airport and it is weird to me that Flying Food Group, the contracted catering company out of MCO is so terrible.

The food out of FLL/MIA is better, but it is all relative because UA catering can only be so good.

On the other hand, TPA is a bit random, my cousin recently flew out of TPA, he had the beef melt, but it was nothing like the standard UA beef melt, he said it was more like steak pieces, not the shaved beef and no giardiniera mayo.

That actually sounds like an improvement to me, but I don't like the beef melt in its standard form.

TPA also was home to the beef with broccoli, which was not the UA Chinese American interpretation of the dish, it was an actual piece of steak, some steamed broccoli and some rice.
