As mentioned there was poor visibility today as well as some other challenges with the weather, leading to some HADACAB related cancellations:

BA1330 NCL = WEAN
BA978 BER = WEAN
BA830 DUB = WEAN
BA436 AMS = WEAN
BA810 CPH = WEAN
BA193 DFW = OPEY - shortage of A35K
BA269 LAX = TECY - A388

316 BA departures out of 629. Punctuality took a bit of a hit, 76% for departures, 70% for arrivals.

Morning Operational Update
Landing RWY: 09L
Airborne holding (mins): 13 (peaking 29mins)
Departure RWY: 09R
TSAT delay average (mins): 0
EGLLTC Reg: 30/60 0600-0900z, 34/60 0900-1200z, 40/60 1200-1400z and 45/60 1400-1700z. Average CTOT delay for EGLL arrivals ~30mins.

Network: Airfield regs for EDDF, EDDM, EHAM. LEAL, LFML, LFPG, LGAV, LPPT and LYTV. Enroute regs for Madrid and Bordeaux ACCs. Average CTOT delay for EGLL departures ~15mins.

Weather: LVPs in force. Fog Warning valid 0300-1000z. Ground/Air Frost Warning valid till 0900z. A foggy start which will be slow to lift and clear in the morning, transitioning into low cloud (VIS2) before breaking up to leave a fine and dry afternoon with bright spells. Becoming cloudier in the evening as a frontal system approaches from the West however likely remaining dry.
